Hi Norvona, first up, that's the longest post I've ever read on a blog!!
My overall reaction is that I enjoyed it, I started out feeling that I'd been fooled by your main character, for some reason I had imagined HER and had to readjust my thinking when I found it was HIM, (mild irritation) could be cleared up at very start of novel.
More mild irritation over the constant apologies that Jesse kept making for not doing more, for being so weak etc etc.
Having made those minor critisisms my general reaction was that I found it a different and enjoyable read.
I only wish I could do half as well, congratulations.
